history buffs.
St. Michaels, known as "The town
that fooled the British" and Tilghman Island, home
of the largest working fleet of skipjacks in the country,
are just 10 minutes away from Watermark B & B.
Easton, rated as the "8th Best Small
Town in America" is a 25 minute drive. Easton is
also the home of the internationally renowned "Waterfowl
Festival" each November, and it has many superb
restaurants and shops.

Wildlife abounds on the property, and
deer, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, foxes and turtles
can be seen. Watermark B & B is also a bird watchers
paradise, with numerous species of song birds as well
as shore birds. Guests may even be rewarded with sightings
of bald eagles! Along tamer lines, the resident goats
love to be petted as do the dogs, Moonie the black lab,
and Early! |
